Ease of Use:  

Internet Washer is a very good product. It is very easy to install and to use. One really nice feature, especially for novice computer users, that none of the other competitors included was a preview mode that would allow you to see what it would cleanup without actually deleting anything. Another nice feature allowed you to protect your homepage settings.

Ease of Installation/Setup:  

Internet Washer was an easy application to install.

Privacy Effectiveness:  

Internet Washer lacked a few features that is required for the best overall privacy protection.

Feature Set:  

The plugin function contained in Internet Washer was not real intuitive, but after studying it for a short time you can determine which plugins you can delete, leave alone, or re-install. A plugin is a small piece of interface software that allows your computer to erase information like the history of the last used files within desktop applications like browsers, email, instant messaging, chat, P2P, image viewers, graphical editors, etc. Internet Washer's customization options dealing with files, directories, and registries were a little cumbersome to use.

Help/Documentation:  

The help documentation was average.

Overall, Internet Washer is a very good product. It didn't have as many options as some of the other products, but it did cover most of the major issues related to privacy protection.
