This program was very easy to install and setup.

Privacy Effectiveness:  

Quick Wiper had no additional plugins, far lower than most of the products reviewed. A plugin is a small piece of interface software that allows your computer to erase the history of the last used files within certain desktop applications like image viewers, graphical editors, chat, email, readers, etc.

Feature Set:  

Quick Wiper's Internet browser cleaning features included address bar, cache (Temporary Internet Files), cookies, and history of visited URLs. There were no Windows cleaning features included and cleaning options available. Quick Wiper had no special options that most of the other products had included. Quick Wiper allowed you to overwrite files from 1-7 times and had a logging option available. The product supports Internet Explorer/MSN and Netscape Navigator.

Help/Documentation:  

The product was very weak in the documentation and help area. Technical support for Quick Wiper was available through email/online forms. There were no online updates available with the product. Supported environments for Quick Wiper include XP, NT4, 2000, ME, 98, and 95.

Overall, Quick Wiper is a good product, but is lacking in several feature areas.
